When I made the original purchase of the market stand I kept in mind how much I love to change things up so I wanted something that would be very simple.
Check out my market post blog to see how easy it is to change the set up!
I honestly didn't change that much although they do look completely different, the main differences probably are print outs which is such an easy DIY that you can do with your kids and adding a little personality with garlands, dried flowers, etc.
Garlands are such a fun way to change a space.

The hanging plant was actually from Primark! Their home section shocks me everytime! India is not to be trusted with anything alive or with soil, so that dangly guy is perfect! Her table set up is from Ikea, which has been one of my favourite things I got her ever as it has hidden storage compartments and is perfect for sensory play as you've probably seen on previous posts. It's from the Flisat range if you are interested!
Favourite vase and dried flower shop.
Let's talk print outs.
You can find so many over on Etsy that you can just print off with your printer, which I found the easiest and cheapest way! I just used some washi tape to create a frame and stick to the walls without peeling off any paint. I thought It was a effective way to bring a slight pop of colour.
As for food. I really didn't want to spend any more so I hopped over to Pinterest to find some yummy edibles. I printed them out and got India to work with the glue. Highly suggest Mod Podge as it didn't make the ink run and we use it for everything, EVERYTHING. Simply stick the print out on to some card, let it dry. Paint a thin layer of glue on top just to give it a little toddler proofing, let it dry and then cut out! Personally, I think it looks better with a thicker card as its more 3d but we only had thin in our recycling bin so hey hoeee.
The cafe menu I found on Pinterest. I layered two up and crumpled the underneath to give it more of a used vibe. India Truly loves this and really helps her get in to roll play- pointing out '' baby tea '' when at the till.
I filled the draws and a jar with real coffee beans to add a little sensory to the play set. She adores being able to fill the cups with them. They're honestly not that hard to clean up and haven't stained anything, so as long as your babe wont be eating them i would defo suggest popping them in to your play.
* when she realises she's eaten all of the cakes *
I couldn't help myself getting her a little apron, this one is from Etsy. It was perfect as you could choose the colours and honestly I'm so impressed by their turnaround!
This teaset is by Raduga Grëz. However I linked other options due to it constantly going out of stock so fast!
Cake is by Happy Little Folks - who do custom cupcakes, cakes and anything else cute and wooden. Defo check her out!
