Yeah i thought that photo may remind you.
So when i was told they had a deli i was over the moon. After just coming back from Paris this was a perfect fit with it's french roots and Parisian vibes.
You can can eat inside in the stylish deli or outside for prime people watching!
Everything is fresh and handmade by the Aubaine bakery which is bonus points in my eyes as there is nothing better than a fresh loaf of bread.
We shared a charcuterie board in-between our salt beef roll and a ( this is a mouthful ) shredded beet, freekah, orange, avocado, baby kale and pomegranate salad. Which as you can imagine was a tasty as it sounds.
I have never been a desert person but as i have got older they are fast becoming more and more of a naughty treat! With Aubaine having two of my favourites who was i to resist?! Pistachio and raspberry cake and a very creamy very yummy Mille-Feuille. The raspberries were so fresh and as you cut in to it there was a burst of fragrance.
I have to say the rustic interiors did take over the food for me as i just fell in love. It's just so beautifully done. Being set in the heart of covent garden it is a ideal match so if your ever having a little shop i would suggest stopping there.
-Side note- You can also take these tasty morsels to go incase you don't have time to stop and enjoy it's interior in all of its glory.
